An application (in 3 languages) for recording work diaries and workers Attendance , perfect for construction sites, creating reports, and the application serves contracting companies.
I Led a team of developers to manage it, I was responsible to create & maintain product’s backlogs, Hire employees, define roadmap according to business value & future vision, reporting to the CEO. I’ve led the team to meet the objectives of each sprint of the Web and Mobile apps, define & announce releases & version control, maximizing the value that the team delivers, and help & manage QA for testing the product, I’ve used many Atlassian’s tools such as (Jira, Confluence …etc).
